MY AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Titles I, II, & III

  • Workplace intimidation, threats, coercion, harassment, or interference because of disability or disability rights
  • Court hearings - When you have a disability that is related to accessing your cognitive function, and court exacerbates that, you have ADA rights that need to be exercised
  • Custody matters in which one party is abusing the other with Court process, and there is disability related issues in which the ADA can level the playing ground
  • Discrimination by places of public accommodation
  • Training lawyers on how to structure an ADA claim
  • Working with lawyers as a part of their work product to invoke the ADA in a way that augments their work without placing them in the line of fire because of challenging the system.

My Approach

Communication is key in any worthwhile cause, and I speak fluent ADA. My interactions, whether in writing or verbal, are always with the purpose of invoking the ADA early and often, and questioning the avoidance techniques that the status quo uses to discrminate.

I'm in Your Corner

The presence of an external observer affects the outcome of an activity.  Having an Advocate with you changes the dynamic of the problem, because the source of the problem knows that I am a trained eye involved and watching. I've seen everything from judges recusing themselves, to being threatened by judges. Each reaction from the system that is disability averse is another tool to use to move forward. I am solution focused.
